Carlisle's Building T Invitational Display always includes some interesting Mustangs, but even Carlisle was surprised to get this one. Just two weeks before the All-Ford Nationals, Dr. John Mansell pulled his '641/2 Mustang out of a 31-year storage. The black convertible was the fourth production Mustang, VIN 100004, and was one of 12 Mustangs used for Ford's Magic Skyway ride at the 1964 New York World's Fair. Dr. Mansell has owned the car since 1965. Watch for this historic Mustang's story in next month's issue.
