Object Of DesireBill Plank of Jamesville, Maryland, has the desirability deal down. With only 62,500 miles showing on the clock, his little '66 Silver Frost GT gets the job done with its 289 Hi-Po and rare C4 automatic. It also shows some extra flash with the Styled Steel wheels and black-wall rubber at all four corners. The car also has the Deluxe Steering Wheel and standard black interior.
My Friend IVYJohn Watkins of Modesto, California, claims his '70 Boss 302 was a rescue job. It had been disassembled and neglected for eight years. All he had to work with outside of the body was the Boss engine, Shaker hood, four-speed top-loader and Traction-Lok rearend when he bought it. With a little reassembly help from his friends and a lot of hard work, he's still able to drive it around town and to shows. This is only one of two Boss cars painted Dark Ivy Green Metallic.
Under Special OrderDr. Naima Amirian of Ellenboro, North Carolina, recently added this rare Playboy Pink Mustang to her corral. This is one of only 275 with the special paint for the Charlotte, North Carolina, district. It's a '67 hardtop with a C4 Select Shift Cruise-O-Matic transmission. This Mustang is one of only 42 ordered with base wheel covers.
Kicking Hiney And Taking NamesRex Turner of Vienna, Virginia, likes to go fast in his '72 Mach I. He shows off his 351 2V-powered, Medium Bright Yellow steed at the track. His Mustang also features FMX, ram air, and a Black Mach I interior. Bow Ties and other inferior car types beware.
