The seat back is slightly different when it comes to disassembly. The front and rear material is hooked together at the bottom, sort of like a freezer bag. Simply pull the two halves apart to open. Reach up inside the back of the seat with a pocket screwdriver and pry downwards on the head rest shaft to disconnect the locking mechanism and pull the head rest out.
