Many Mustang enthusiasts purchase lightweight street/strip racing wheels, with the Weld Draglite being the most popular. The Weld Draglites are great wheels, and they take off a lot of weight of the suspension (especially skinny fronts), but the stock-length wheel studs are barely long enough to keep them on the car. A safer bet is extra-long wheel studs.
