As stated in the text, if you’re using slicks, then by all means get them wet and smoke ’em up. Do not attempt to do your burnout in the water box. Wet the tires and then pull forward 1 or 2 feet. If you don’t have a spotter, then the starter will usually signal to you when the tires are clean and sticky. At that point, you can pull forward. View Related Article
