Although '67-'70 Mustangs have the same basic shock tower stampings, they are different in how they connect with the rest of the body, which means a different center apron and different part numbers. What makes a Dynacorn shock tower different from original equipment is its heavier-than-original gauge steel construction, which makes it stronger than factory. When you install a Dynacorn shock tower and beef it up with a reinforcement kit from Pro Motorsports Engineering, you wind up with a bulletproof front body structure.
