Install the points and condenser next. Lay down a glob of engine assembly lube at the point rubbing block and rotate the shaft to distribute. When you set point gap, you want lubricant to be part of the measurement.  Check the breaker plate for...  Check the breaker plate for proper movement.  Set point gap at .024-.026...  Set point gap at .024-.026 inch at the top of the cam. Check point gap for 360 degrees and see what you have at each cam peak. Dwell angle should be 35-38 degrees.
