Horn pitch isn’t controlled by the adjustment, but instead by the coiled horn tube length. The longer the tube, the lower the pitch. Low pitch (LO) horns (left) have a longer tube than their high pitch (HI, right) counterparts. This makes them easy to identify aside from the obvious “LO” and “HI” markings in the die-cast housings.
