When it comes to Mustanging, most of us have aspirations of showing the car at least once. We start out with visions of victory and many times, end up with something much less when we actually arrive at the moment of truth.
With that in mind, we contacted Ricky Simmons, former head judge for the Mustang Club of America. Ricky has been involved with Mustangs and judging for several years and can provide us with tips required to make a winner.
Therefore, we had Ricky and ’71-’73 Gold card judge Bill Johnson go over both our Lazarus Project and Project ’68. To say that we were nervous would be an understatement. To say that we are crazy for subjecting our cars to this in front of the readership is probably right on. Of course, you all know that we’re crazy, so for the benefit of the greater Mustang population, here goes nothing.
