We know from Kevin Marti's database that 7T03C100001 was shipped to Fogg Motors Ford Limited in New Westminster, British Columbia, which is not Central Canada by any means. Nevertheless, it's a well-dressed Mustang convertible with the GT Equipment Group; black paint stripes; the Interior and Exterior Decor Groups; a black power top with a glass backlight; the Convenience control panel; Firestone F70x14 Wide Ovals (whitewalls); Styled Steel wheels; rocker panel molding; power steering; a Tilt-Away steering column; speed control; an AM/eight-track stereo; tinted glass; a gray, finned tailpanel; and the tachometer/trip odometer combination. This Mustang was an introductory show unit for Western Canada. This one hasn't shown up either in our data collection efforts.
Last but not least is 7R03S100001, the first mass-production unit for San Jose's Milpitas plant for 1967. Like 7T03C100001, this is also an introductory show unit delivered to Lee Jarmon Ford in Carrollton, Texas. This one hasn't surfaced either. Here's how this Lone Star unit measures up.

This one is loaded with white tape stripes, a white power top, Firestone F70x14 Wide Ovals, full wheel covers, a luggage rack, rocker panel moldings, a console, power disc brakes, power steering, a Tilt-Away steering column, speed control, Selectaire air conditioning, an AM/FM radio, the Interior and Exterior Decor Groups, Deluxe seatbelts, and the tachometer/ trip odometer combination.
It really doesn't surprise us how generously optioned these Number One units are; with two of them being advanced show units (teasers!) and one likely being a Ford exec. unit, it makes sense. Because two of these units were delivered to Michigan and Canada, we're also not surprised by the absence of air conditioning.
If you're stumped by the 04G build date codes, the answer is simple: The 04G date code is more a "flag" than the actual scheduled build date, because Ford wouldn't build cars on July 4. This date code "flags" these units as special-purpose builds. What's more, most of the early, single-digit, mass-production units have an 04G scheduled build date code, because they were introductory show units like these.
