It's gorgeous, and you want it. No, you need it. Who cares about the little dank odor in the car, the crack in the windshield, or the fact that the automatic is a little slow to engage--it's fine after it warms up.

It seems that no matter how many Mustang owners you talk to, everyone has either seen, almost bought, or owned the proverbial money pit. Indeed, a disgruntled owner we recently talked to told us that the two happiest days of his life were the day he bought his last Mustang and the day he sold it. Why? He wasn't careful enough in his buying decision. What's really funny, though, is that a couple of days ago, he called and bragged about his new acquisition.

We all know that buying a Mustang is about emotion. It is about how the car (whether it's a late-model or vintage) makes you feel. Even so, when it comes time to buy, information is your best friend. More than buddies, friends of friends, or the salesperson who is trying to get rid of the car, you need to be informed; you need to know what to look for. That is why we put together another article for you. Even if you are a veteran, there are a few things you need to know.
