my mustang 3.8 l V6-year 98, my question is, oxygen sensors bank 1 and 2 may be the same or is there a difference between sensor 1 and 2?

Bank 1 and Bank 2 is referring to the left and right "bank" or side of the exhaust. Your Mustang has four O2 sensors. There are two on each side or bank...
