Paxton Supercharger Install Carburetor Enclosure

The other major component of the Paxton system is the carburetor enclosure. Made from cast aluminum, its finned top maintains a vintage appearance, similar to the enclosure from the '60s. The lower half includes a linkage for simple throttle connection and adjustment. Factory '65-'68 hoods clear the enclosure when used with stock or low-riser aftermarket four-barrel intakes. High-riser intakes require the switch to a taller hood, such as an aftermarket cowl-induction version. View Related Article
