Mark Jeffrey's negative pressure self-bleeder draws fluid from the open bleeder, depositing fluid and air into a container. He suggests pumping up negative pressure (suction) to approximately 25 inches of vacuum, then opening the bleeder and drawing fluid. Close the bleeder before all vacuum is depleted.
