This is the way Ford engines were painted prior to '66 - block, heads, and manifold in satin black. Valve covers and air cleaner in an engine identification color. The '64 1/2 260ci V-8 gets a Robin's Egg light blue color. Too many are using this color on '66-up engines thinking it is Ford Corporate Blue, which is darker. View Related Article
