This Boss 429 still had the original engine lift hooks, seen here with the original lighter blue-green paint. Bob calls this paint “slop blue” because it was a vendor’s incorrect attempt at Ford Corporate Blue. An outside supplier painted and sold these hooks to Ford. View Related Article
