16 Install the new motors by lining up the tip of the motor's gear into the opening in the regulator and meshing the gear teeth with the regulator. Once you have the gears meshed, the three mounting bolts can be started. Tighten them in a criss-cross pattern to draw the motor down evenly. View Related Article
