As noted, our horn button was already missing, but if it had been there, releasing it is as easy as pushing down and rotating it counter-clockwise after disconnecting the battery (or the turn signal switch at the base of the column). A 15⁄16-inch socket will remove the retaining nut. A steering wheel puller tool is also a good item to have handy if the wheel doesn’t pop off with a little wiggling. View Related Article
